Ingredients:
Grilled chicken- 250 gms (chopped into cubes)
Grilled jalapeño (seedless) – 1
Onion – 1 large
Tomato – 1 large
Oil – 1tbsp
Butter squash / pumpkin – 1 cup
Ginger- garlic paste – 2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1tsp
Garam masala – 1tsp
Grind it into paste:
Coconut (fresh) – 2 pieces
Cinnamon – 1 stickiness
Cardamom – 2
Cloves – 4
Method:

First chop the Grilled chicken into cubes and jalapeño into thin sliced.

Heat the oil in the pan, add finely chopped onions, ginger – garlic paste and saute it until the raw flavour goes away.

Now add the tomatoes, cook until mushy.

Keep another pan on low flame, add the pumpkin and dry roast it ( helps to cook fast).

Now add the pumpkin , ground pastes and add generous amount of water.

Cover it with the lid and cook for 15 minutes and garnish it with cilantro.

Serve it hot & enjoy it with steamed rice, chapathi, idly and dosa.
